The purpose of this Act is to expand the comprehensive and immediate alert system already in place in the state of CA, named the "Feather Alert System," to rapidly disseminate information about missing indigenous persons in Oregon, while also requiring the inclusion of indigenous persons in statewide reporting by relevant authorities.

Land Use Freedom and Property Rights Act
The Purpose of this Act is to uphold the property rights of private landownders in the state of Oregon, providing them with greater freedom to utilize their land for personal use, including living in trailers or camping, without undue government interference. This will help reduce the stress of the homeless epidemic on our financial systems in Oregon.

Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) Accountability, Funding, and Alert Act.
Safeguarding the lives, rights, and dignity of all individuals within our jurisdiction is a fundamental duty, and Indigenous communities have taken the brunt of disproportionate rates of missing and murdered individuals. Confronting the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) demands a multifaceted approach encompassing accountability, equitable funding, and rapid response mechanisms involving transparency, collaboration, and resource allocation are pivotal to rectifying historical disparities and fostering justice.
